    Introduction

    In this module, we invite you to plan your research. This is a crucial step that will ensure your research is successful! You will be asked to create a work plan, define your information needs, explore your research topic, identify a research question and select relevant keywords.

    You will then be asked to participate in a hands-on digital activity to explore digital tools that can be used to activate prior knowledge.

    You can also receive an “Apply” badge once you have explored these tools.

    “Design” and “Transfer” badges are also available.

    Intentions

    1. To become familiar with all the elements involved in the Plan step.
    2. To learn how to apply this step by planning your own research.
    3. To reflect on opportunities to use this step in your classroom.
