Introduction
This module presents the importance of taking time to prepare students to listen to, read and view a variety of text types. You will be introduced to digital activities that can be used with students during the preparation phase. You will be invited to reflect on your practice and transfer what you learn into your classroom.
Objectives
By the end of this module, you will:

understand the different text types and text forms
know how to introduce a topic to develop strategies using digital technology
know how to prepare student to read texts
validate your understanding of what is needed to prepare to listen to and read texts
