You have seen a variety of ways students can construct the meaning of texts with digital activities.  Using a text of your choice (it can be the same text as the previous activity), choose two different ways to construct the meaning of text using technology. 

  1. Choose two activities you would like to try out. 
  2. Watch the tutorials (2.2 Using Digital Tools) to guide you.
  3. Create your account, if needed.
  4. Create your activity.

"Design" Badge

The “Design” Badge is awarded to the learner who prepares an activity integrating a digital tool to construct the meaning of texts. The learner shares the learning sequence, an example and a model for students.

How to get a badge

Prepare an activity that integrates a digital tool to construct the meaning of texts.

  1. Select the text that you would like your students to work on. If possible, share the text. Be mindful of copyrights. 
  2. Prepare the activity that you will share with students. The activity must integrate a digital tool. Refer this page (2.1) to see different models of activities. You can adapt one of these models.  
  3. Prepare an example that you would share with students using the chosen digital tool. 
  4. Submit a description of your activity that includes the context, the text (if possible), the activity that students will do and an example of the product.
